Wait Time

Wait time is a 2+ hour period between events where photography isn’t required.

For example, if a photography assignment includes two events with a 2-hour break between both same-day events, then wait-time fees may apply. These wait time fees apply because I must remain nearby and can perform no other work.

Wait time rates don’t apply for breaks shorter than 2 hours, travel time between locations, and meal breaks. Those happenings are considered concurrent coverage and standard hourly coverage rates apply.

If the scheduled wait time is interrupted and coverage continues, then standard hourly rates will apply.
