I am a Houston event photographer specializing in conference photography and convention photography covering expositions (expos), exhibitions, trade shows, summits, and meetings.
As a conference photographer, I’m tasked with photographing speakers, delegates, representatives, and members. As a convention photographer, I often photograph educational sessions, discussions, and social functions.

Large or Small
I’ve photographed conferences and conventions ranging from a few two-hour, single-session presentations with fewer than 10 attendees to week-long conferences boasting 8,000+ attendees with hundreds of sessions scattered across several locations and staffed by multiple photographers.

Coverage
My photography includes elements designed to encourage future sign-ups that boost attendance for follow-on events. And also excite attendees who will view your images via social media and other outlets both during and immediately following the event.
My candid and posed photographs feature event speakers, attendees, exhibitors, and vendors. Specifically, my photographs make speakers and educators look impressive as I photograph them from varied and complementary angles.
My session and class photos showcase rooms filled with interested, happy, and diverse attendees photographed candidly from interesting perspectives. If vendor and exhibitor photography is requested, I’ll create images that help your vendor marketing team visually express to their customers, internal stakeholders, and executives the value of their participation in your conference or expo.
Common conference coverage also includes ribbon cuttings, keynotes, opening sessions, classes, breakout sessions, panels, workshops, poster sessions, tours, golf tournaments, receptions, breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, award ceremonies, parties, and galas.
Details covered include location details, nearby landmarks, giveaways, registration areas, signage, event branding, thematic elements, room names, sponsor branding, session rooms, and vendor booth areas.
Pricing
Fees start at only $600 for 2-hours of photography with unlimited additional coverage at $250/hr.

Attendee Headshots
As an add-on to meeting, convention, or conference coverage, we can provide your attendees with professional corporate headshots. We bring in our studio lighting, setup on-site, and then spend a few minutes photographing each attendee. Afterwards they download their photos online for free.
You might also consider this a service a sponsorship opportunity where vendors can engage with attendees waiting for photographs. The headshot station is also effective in promoting high traffic to underserved vendor areas.

I know that conference plans change. Rest assured that I’m quick-to-react, adaptable, accommodating, friendly, and can accommodate both last-minute pivots and undocumented requests.

Unlimited Usage Rights
All conference photographs and convention photographs include the rights to use and modify those images across all media including websites, social media, news releases, editorial publications, promotional publications, print ads, campaigns, brochures, and future advertising.
Simply stated, you can do whatever you want with the photos—no restrictions.
