Photographing nature was my first love as a new photographer. These landscape photography images were my earliest photographic triumphs.

I grew up in rural Louisiana and have always loved the outdoors. The photography you see here focused on locations with incredible vistas where I could avoid long hikes and still create beautiful photographs.

Sometimes, I’m flattered by people who visit my home, see my photographs of Yosemite, and then mistake my work for Ansel Adams—an honor I don’t deserve.

Given the challenges of making a living as a nature photographer, I now do landscape photography only when I can find the time to break from paying clients.
