Usage Rights

Photography usage protects images and defines how photographs can be used.

I don’t charge for or restrict usage for most projects, especially for companies with annual revenues <$500M. Usage fees may apply for companies with annual revenues >$500M.

Unlimited usage means you can use the photographs an unlimited number of times, across all media, in all markets, and for any purpose.

Our mutual agreement also means that I retain the image copyright and can use your photographs for self-promotion, education, and photographic competition.

Alternatively, if your project requires that I surrender my copyright and all other rights, you can purchase a non-disclosure agreement. Every NDA also includes a full rights buyout.
