We also provide basic video editing services when you need to extend your coverage beyond RAW video footage. These short sizzle reels highlight your product or service.

Terms & Conditions
You agree to these video-specific Terms and Conditions and my global Terms and Conditions by scheduling or using my services.
Appointments are only confirmed once you sign my agreement and receive a confirmation email. I’m unable to hold dates without a signed agreement.
Outdoor videography is dependent on suitable weather conditions.
Work that can’t be completed due to site access limitations, restrictions, or unscheduled site activity outside our control doesn’t impact your payment obligations.
You should obtain property releases and model releases as you deem necessary. You agree that we aren’t responsible for your failure to obtain those releases or permissions.
Basic audio recording, such as in-person interviews, is included when requested. Complex audio recording may require additional fees, personnel, and equipment.
Scripting, storyboarding, production coordination, casting, and voiceovers aren’t included.
Simultaneous drone coverage and ground footage aren’t available unless you request multiple videographers.
If weather conditions prevent safe drone operations, your project will be postponed.
If the decision is made to fly in high winds, that weather may impact image quality, video stability, and flight capabilities.
We are not responsible for weather conditions such as cloud cover, fog, lightning, and rain that may affect your visual deliverables.
Due to modern battery capacities, continuous drone flight times are limited to about 20 minutes.
Our goal for drone photography and videography is accurate color rendition, but 100% accuracy isn’t guaranteed.
Drone visuals from specific locations, directions, heights, and angles are subject to operational restrictions, equipment limitations, weather considerations, and safety requirements.
You understand and accept delays or restrictions required by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), law enforcement, or similar agencies. We don’t fly in restricted airspace or at altitudes above 400′.
