Here’s my portrait photography pricing for individuals, families, and editorial publications. I offer exceptional photography at reasonable rates.

This single-subject pricing applies to general portraits, personal branding, boudoir photography, and photos for online dating.

Couple’s Portraits

Family Portraits
Family portrait pricing for groups. Includes up to 6 people. Each additional person is $70 per person. There’s no extra charge for pets.

Editorial Portraits
My experience includes editorial portrait projects for online publications, regional magazines, national magazines, business magazines, college alumni publications, newspapers, and political organizations. See my Publications list for more information.
Fees vary based on the project, usage, editorial placement, publication distribution, production requirements, retouching, and other related considerations.
Most editorial portraits for interior use start at $750. Cover features start at $1000.

Commercial Portraits
If you need commercial portraits, annual report portraits, or advertising-related portraits, my commercial rates apply. Those commercial portrait rates vary based on company size, distribution, and usage.

Terms & Conditions
You agree to these portrait-specific Terms and Conditions and my global Terms and Conditions by scheduling or using my services.
Appointments are confirmed via email. Appointments are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
Projects that exceed $500 require an agreement. Those appointments aren’t confirmed without a signed legal agreement.
Photographs are only delivered after all payments are received. Houston sales tax (8.25%) is collected for Texas projects. Wire transfer payments are subject to a $15 processing fee. Prices and services may change without notice.
A $100 per hour travel fee may apply for distant locations or when the project start or end times require travel with heavy traffic. This fee also covers mileage and tolls.
There is a $150 fee for no-show appointments, when canceling or rescheduling within 3 hours of your appointment, or when twice canceling appointments.
I can accept cash, check, wire transfer, ACH, or Zelle payments for these discounted rates. You may also pay by credit card, but my non-discounted rate then applies. For my non-discounted domestic rate, you’ll add 4% to your project total. For international credit card payments, you’ll add 5.5% to your total.
You understand that weather conditions like heat, cold, humidity, wind, rain, and sleet may negatively affect outdoor portraits.
For June, July, August, or September on-location outdoor projects, an additional $100 heat-hazard fee may apply. That heat-hazard fee is waived for indoor projects and outdoor projects in areas immediately adjacent to my Silos studio.
As partial compensation for these services, you grant me the right to market my studio with your photographs. Non-celebrity subject names are never used alongside photographs.
I’m not responsible for a subject’s physical appearance including hairstyles, facial hair, body hair, makeup, body image, perspiration, tattoos, jewelry, eyeglass glare, or wardrobe issues.
Your project begins at your scheduled start time—even if you arrive late.
Discounts and coupons offered anywhere aren’t legitimate.
I’m not liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Any liability is limited to fees you’ve paid.
Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. A $1000 minimum may apply for far-future bookings. Please inquire for further information.
