The Post Oak has the largest ballroom in Uptown and the Galleria area. I’ve walked countless miles on that floor photographing events like EY awards, energy sector holiday parties, and a Tony Robbins book launch. That experience means I’ll spend zero time figuring out valet parking, room locations, visually striking backgrounds, and the best lighting depending on the time of day and the event setup.

The Grand Ballroom is 16,000 square feet, while the Post Oak Ballroom boasts 2726 square feet of event space. The Live Oak Room, the Willow & Scarlet Room, the Chestnut Room, and the Boardroom are smaller but no less luxurious. The lighting in these locations is superb—without hotspots or color issues that might affect my photography.

Although most folks choose typical ballrooms, I also have event expertise applicable to Suite 32—a 10,000 square foot luxury suite with amazing downtown skyline views; Houston has never looked better. The upscale lounge atmosphere creates a special ambiance in my event photographs.
